Membership Charges
Paid billing is not yet active. Before launch, the checkout page will clearly show the billing schedule and cancellation terms for each plan.
Experience Changes
If Matchaton cancels an experience, the affected reservation will be returned to the member. Membership credit or another remedy may be offered when appropriate.
Missed Reservations
Reservations missed without timely cancellation are generally not refundable and may count against monthly usage. Specific cancellation windows appear on each experience.
Requesting Help
Contact support@matchaton.com with your account email and reservation details. Approved monetary refunds return to the original payment method.
