Membership
Matchaton provides eligible members access to participating experiences and benefits. Availability, inclusions, schedules, and venues may change. Membership may not be shared unless a benefit explicitly permits guests.
Reservations and Conduct
Members must provide accurate information, follow venue rules, arrive on time, use only their own digital pass, and treat hosts, venue teams, and other members respectfully.
Billing and Cancellation
When paid membership launches, recurring charges, renewal timing, trial terms, and cancellation controls will be shown before purchase. No payment is currently collected through this preview website.
Availability and Changes
Experiences may be changed or cancelled because of capacity, safety, weather, venue needs, or circumstances beyond our control. We may suspend accounts for misuse or unsafe conduct.
